Siris Engineering (Pty) Ltd is a Level 1 BEE, 100% black owned and managed professional service company offering a wide variety of Engineering, Technology, Project Management products and services solutions.

Siris Engineering was established in 2007 to provide the information technology, telecommunications, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering sectors with solutions which transcend client expectations – being delivered within time, budget and quality by highly experienced professionals.

Shareholding

Siris Engineering is a fully black owned company with two shareholders. Advocate Nazreen Ismail (Director) holds (70 %) of the shares making her the majority shareholder. (B. Luris. LLB, LLM  Project Management; Audit Command Language (ACL) Team Mate; Anti - Cyber Laundering) Adv. Ismail is an Admitted Advocate with a diverse range of experience both in the private and public sectors. Her approximately 25 years of experience places her in good stead to manage projects on a large scale either working alone or as part of a team. She has expertise in large scale utility and commercial power purchase agreements on the private and public sector sides.

The remaining shares being held by Mr Vivendran Chinniah (Pr. Eng. M.Eng, m.Com) (30%) Vivendran has been a member of the Engineering Council for 19 years and is the principal consultant in majority of engineering projects under taken by the company.

Human Resources

The Siris group has Permanent and Contracted Employees which comprises of project managers, project administrators, business analysts, developers, engineers, technologists, technicians, financial, administrative and support personnel.
